Paraguay is one of the least expensive countries in Latin America in which to live. The monthly minimum wage is less than 400 USD. If you have a monthly income from retirement benefits, rental properties or other sources in your home country, which amounts to 2000 USD or more, you can live a very comfortable life here in Paraguay.
